Time-bound
Delivery

We provide committed delivery to pre-determined schedules with a fleet of vehicles. Pre-determined schedules are indicative only, it can change due to majeure force events and monsoon conditions.

COD
(Cash on Delivery)

Cash will be collected from the consignee at the time of delivery based on the invoice value of the shipment. Once the transaction is complete, the collected cash will be returned to the original sender.

DOD
(Demand-Draft on Delivery)

On delivery, we will collect a demand draft from the consignee for the invoice value of the shipment booked by you. The demand draft received from the consignee will be forwarded to you to complete the transaction.

FOD
(Freight on Delivery)

SME Express collects the shipment’s freight upon delivery from the consignee as part of the delivery process.

FOV – Insurance
(Freight on Value)

SME Express can provide insurance coverage for your goods. SME Express will assist you in the claim process if the shipment is damaged or lost while in their custody. This is to ensure the claim is settled in the shortest time possible after the shipper/consignor handovers the required documents to the insurance company.
