Our online tracking solution provides you with your shipments information in real-time from pick-up point to delivery point. You can track single or multiple waybills using either the waybill number or the reference number provided by us at the time of shipping. You can also view, download land print copies of proof of deliveries and delivery challans or contact our information desk to know the status of your consignments.
Our Regulatory Clearance team will resolve all regulatory requirements and get required clearances from all the states in India. Please check the regulatory requires to confirm details of the documentation required to get clearance for your shipments or contact our team, they will help you to resolve your doubts and issues.
Domestic Priority provides a ‘Next Day‘ delivery service to most locations in India.

Our services are subject to our Terms and Conditions on Domestic Carriage – Domestic Priority, and the liability terms incorporated therein. Please read these carefully before availing of our services.

Time Definite Delivery (TDD) shipments will be governed by following additional terms and conditions.

Additional 500 grams | ₹ 75 |

Terms & Conditions for Money Back Guarantee (MBG)
Time Definite Delivery (TDD) shipments will be governed by following additional terms and conditions.
SME Express will, upon the Shipper's request and subject to the restrictions described below, provide either a credit or refund of the freight + TDD premium + fuel surcharge paid by the Shipper for DOMESTIC PRIORITY 1200 shipment, which is delivered later than Blue Dart's quoted delivery commitment time, subject to the following terms and conditions:
